We use larger 13.5m diesel Cherry Pickers, will this smaller 11.8m green Cherry Picker suit our needs?

Whilst, the market has been dominated by larger platforms. These are often excessively large for many jobs, putting additional strain on the environment. However, our lighter 11.8m unit is suited to the majority of tasks in an urban environment. As we transition to a greener economy, some additional consideration will be required for selecting the right tool for the right job, and we see the Zero Emission Cherry Picker as an important tool in your height delivery kit. All conversations with InfraFleet begin with exploring your needs to ensure the equipment will suit your requirements, followed by an on-site demonstration. We also provide a no questions asked 7 day return policy from delivery, and guaranteed performance over the rental and leasing period.

We historically purchase our units, can we still procure through InfraFleet?

With the purchase prices of the latest green equipment often 2x that of diesel, the best way we identified to bring green equipment at an affordable price point to the market is via a rental and leasing model. This higher upfront capital burden, combined with uncertainty around residual values and battery replacement cycles, and our predictable pricing and availability model, we think offers a compelling model for procuring your green fleet. We however understand this may not suit everyone, and offer rent-to-buy with optional purchase balloons at the end of all of our agreements.

What charging infrastructure is required?

It is recommended the user has overnight access to a standard at-home 7.4 kW AC charger at their depot, fully charging the vehicle comfortably within 8 hours. The vehicle can also use 22 Kw DC charging, rapidly topping-up the vehicle if additional range is required throughout the day.

Will using the platform reduce the range of the vehicle?

The platform is operated by an independent 2 Kw battery which offers ~40 cycles (up, across, and down) on a single charge, and includes safety functions to ensure the operator can get back down if the battery is fully depleted. This battery is quickly charged with the same plug as the primary van battery. All vehicles are fitted with the latest telematics allowing the user to remotely track range statistics and the battery life.

What does the 100 mile range mean, and how do we know this will suit our needs?

The 100 mile range has been assessed by Renault Trucks testing based on performance of the fully-loaded Renault Master ZE in winter conditions. We are confident that this range can be delivered consistently, with higher ranges expected in warmer weather conditions, with lighter loads, and in more urban environments with frequent stoppages. All vehicles are fitted with the latest telematics allowing the user to remotely track range statistics and the battery life.

Let's accelerate the UK's path to net zero together.
